Changemaker Challenge finalist presentations of a "big idea" for social change in Howard County. Pamela Woolford is one of nine finalists to present in front of a live audience and a Shark-Tank-style judges panel, competing for up to $25K. Award decisions made that night. Mingling starts at 5:45 pm; presentations begin at 6:30 pm. Event is free, though registration is required before November 4 (and before tickets are gone).
